Saturday, April 21st, from 8a to 1p, the American Fitness Health & Wellness Institute is holding “CARDIOFEST 2018” at their location at 643 Troy Street, Suite A, Dayton 45404. A variety of festive cardiovascular activities and fitness screenings will be available. We will have fitness presenters and health speakers to discuss our wellness issues (cancer, obesity, heart disease, blood pressure, HIV/AIDS, family violence, and diabetes.)
