The West Coast — especially Dodger Stadium, Chavez Ravine — is where the Cincinnati Reds' Pennant hopes go to die.
And so it goes on Memorial Day Monday ... the road-weary Reds fell to the Los Angeles Dodgers, 4-3, for their 13th one-run loss of the season.

Glass half empty: The Reds can't hit on a consistent basis. They get 'em on and get 'em over, but can't get 'em in.
Glass half full: They're only 6.5 games out of first place (fourth place) despite a three-game losing streak.
You know it. I know it. We all know it. The St. Louis Cardinals are going to win the NL Central. The Reds will be lucky to finish .500.
