Chris Lewis-Harris of the Cincinnati Bengals has been suspended without pay for the first two games of the 2014 regular season for violating the NFL Policy and Program for Substances of Abuse.

Lewis-Harris will be eligible to return to the Bengals’ active roster on Mon.,  Sept. 15, following the team’s Sept. 14 game against the Atlanta Falcons.

Lewis-Harris is eligible to participate in all preseason practices and games.

NOTE: Lewis-Harris is a second-year NFL cornerback who went undrafted out of Tennessee-Chattanooga. He's played in eight games for the Bengals — six in 2013 and two in 2012. He spent most of 2012 on the practice squad before a late-season call up.
