The 6th Annual Stepping Out to Cure Scleroderma - Family Fun Run & Walk

August 5th, Community Park, 691 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Road, Fairborn, OH 45324 is the place to be!  Rain or shine!  This is a great opportunity to connect with old friends, meet new friends and walk in honor or memory of loved ones affected by Scleroderma.

Registration Time: 9:00 a.m

Opening Ceremony:  10:30a.m.

Event Start: immediately following Opening Ceremony

Corporate and individual sponsorship opportunities are available.  To participate, register and help raise money online at www.scleroderma.org/steppingoutgreaterdayton.  Cost is $20 per participant.  Those registering by July 28 are guaranteed a T-shirt for that donation.  Children 12 and under are free, but can register online for $5 to receive a T-shirt. Online registration is encouraged.  Event morning registration will be available.

A 50/50 drawing and prize raffles will be held. Some prizes include a Greater Dayton YMCA one-year family membership, overnight stays at area hotels, Kings Island tickets, gift cards, theatre tickets, manicure, Kindle Fire with Echo, home-made knife and sheath, original painting, and much more. L & L Concessions and Kona Ice will be onsite for purchasing lunch. Some activities for kids include face painting, crafts, and balloon animals.

Team Captains raising over $100 will be entered into a raffle for a 7-day Florida stay for up to 6 people.  One raffle ticket for each $100 raised will be awarded.

This event is an excellent opportunity to raise money for research to find the cause and cure of Scleroderma.  It helps our chapter provide the necessary support resources and free educational forums for patients and families.
